Q: How are logistics methods and shipping costs calculated?
A: We offer multiple options including sea freight (45 days to Europe and America), air freight (7-10 days), and express delivery (3-5 days), and support DDP/DDU terms. Freight charges are calculated based on actual volume/weight.

A: Provide 1% spare parts replacement service, respond to quality issues within 48 hours, provide solutions within 7 working days, and bear the return and exchange shipping costs for major quality issues.
